I love an easy salad dressing. I throw the ingredients in my salad dressing shaker and shake shake shake. I use the OXO Little Salad Dressing Shaker. You could even make the recipe up to three days ahead and store it in the fridge.
This lemon vinaigrette is sweet with a little bit of tang.
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ground pepper to taste
- Put all of the in ingredients in the salad dressing shaker and shake until the sugar and salt are dissolved and it is well blended.
