I am about 5’7 165 pounds, and I am generally a Size 9(29) in Judy Blue Jeans. According to the size chart that would mean to order a Large. I am wearing the medium though and am very comfortable. You can order your True Judy Blue Size or possibly size down because of all of the stretch.
