I love this lightweight USA flag cold shoulder shirt! It is burnt out and slightly see through. You could put a tank under it, or you could do just a cute bralette! I am about 5’7 165 pounds, and I am usually a women’s shirt size S/M. The small is what I am pictured in, and it fit well. Size down if you are in between sizes unless you want it more loose.
